Grilled Corn on the Cob & Blue Cheese Quesadillas

IngredientsCorn on the Cob
1/4 cup melted butter
5 cloves garlic chopped
1/4 cup chopped parsley
InstructionsSoak unhusked corn in water for 30 minutes. Put corn on hot grill for 30 minutes turning several times. After cooking, pull back husk to use as a handle. Meanwhile, combine butter, garlic, and parsley. Add salt if necessary.
Grill quesadillas with flour tortillas, corn, blue cheese, cheddar, canned chiles, black olives, chopped tomatoes, and black beans. Garnish with sour cream, salsa, and avocado slices.
