Black Beans and Chorizo Rice

Ingredients1 tablespoon cooking oil
2 cups cooked basmati rice
1/2 pound smoked chorizo cut into cubes
1 can black beans, drained
Salt and pepper
Cilantro
Green Onions
InstructionsHeat 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in saucepan over medium heat. Add the sausage and cook until browned. Add the beans and cook until hot. Season to taste with pepper. Stir sausage and beans into rice, garnish with green onions and cilantro and serve.
