Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients3 # yukon gold potatoes, peeled and cut in half
3 bulbs of roasted garlic removed from skins
3 T butter
salt and white pepper
buttermilk
InstructionsBoil potatoes in a pressure cooker until soft. Add butter, salt and garlic and mash. Add buttermilk to desired consistency.
