Ingredients2 cans garbanzo beans, drained
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 onions, sliced
3 tomatoes, chopped
1 small can diced tomatoes
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
1 teaspoon grated garlic
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon curry powder
InstructionsHeat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Saute the onion until tender. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer until reduced. Serve with naan.
