Buttermilk Pancakes

Ingredients2 cups buttermilk
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 egg
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
DirectionsMix all ingredients well in small mixing bowl. Pour onto hot, oiled griddle. Spread batter to make thin, crepe-like pancake. Cook until batter is bubbly. Turn over. Serve immediately with butter and syrup or favorite fruit sauce.
