Ingredients
2 cups tomato juice
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 teaspoon celery seed
3/4 teaspoon Tabasco
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Premium vodka
Celery spears
balsamic vinegar

Instructions
In a blender combine the tomato juice, lemon juice, lime juice, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, celery seed, and Tabasco and process until smooth. Add salt and black pepper, to taste. Fill each glass with ice, add 2 ounces of vodka, then fill the glass with the bloody mary mix. Stir well, and garnish each glass with a celery spear and float a teaspoon of balsamic vinegar on top.
