Ingredients1 cup water
2 cups sugar
1/4 cup dried lemon grass
1/4 cup grated fresh ginger
1 lemons, zested and juiced
InstructionsCombine the water, sugar, lemon grass, ginger, and lemon juice and zest in large saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Remove from the heat and let cool. Strain through a fine sieve.
