Ingredients1# Spinach
4 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
3 green onions - finely sliced
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 T sugar
1/4 cup olive oil
2 T chopped garlic
salt and pepper
InstructionsDissolve sugar and vinegar and reserve. Quickly sauté garlic in hot olive oil. Add spinach, onions, and vinegar/sugar mixture stirring frequently. Do not overcook. Season to taste. Stir in bacon and serve.
